Increased resilience and adoption to respond to conflict

Main Activities

• Undertake capacity gap assessment
• Provide ongoing capacity building support including TOT training and supply of material item
• Facilitate Experience sharing and organize joint planning session
• Enhance citizen responsive governance through delivering TOT to people drawn from relevant government offices  
• Organize a conflict management and conflict mediation training for young leaders coming from school clubs, peace groups, youth and women associations
•  Organize “lib le lib” Discussion forum for Mid-Level Officials and Community in Dire Dawa Town and Dire Dawa Zurya (Similar to “Addis Weg” Conference)
• Training on peace building for Edir and Afocha Coalition
•  Dialogue for reconciliation betwen communities 
• Establish and strengthen peace clubs in selected public high schools enhance citizen responsive governance through delivering TOT to people drawn from relevant government offices
